Old Estonia is an authentic Estonian restaurant located in the heart of Tallinn's historic Town Hall Square (Raekoja plats 8), offering traditional Estonian cuisine with views of the old town hall and a cozy summer terrace featuring live music. Founded a century ago by chef Oskar, it serves European and Eastern European dishes using ancient recipes discovered in Tallinn Castle dungeons, providing a unique atmospheric dining experience in a legendary setting.

We visited this restaurant with my dad. The food was good but what surprised us was the non-existent service. The place is losing money due to the servers not caring about asking if we wanted something else. No one did ask anything. We had to really try to get attention to pay the bill. Will we visit again. No, we won’t.
